This Deet Free Insect Repellent from Protect is formulated with Picaridin, a synthetic compound that is reported to be as effective as DEET (N,N-Diethyl-meta-toluamide, folks) but without the harsh side effects. For this reason we highly recommend it for children, pets and pregnant women, or for anyone worried about the irritation associated with very strong DEET compounds. Colourless and mostly odourless, it isn't greasy on the skin and won't melt plastics. What are you waiting for?
