Returns and Exchanges
At Trek & Travel, we only stock the gear we truly believe in — and we want you to love what you buy. If something doesn’t fit quite right or the colour isn’t what you expected, no worries! You’re welcome to return or exchange it, as long as it meets our return policy.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to return or exchange your item.
All items must be returned in original condition, including tags, boxes, casing and any other original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable accept returns on footwear in cases where the shoe box has been damaged, so we recommend not directly taping or marking the box when you sent it back to us.
Please note, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on clearance items, underwear, personal hygiene products or consumables.
Return to our store
Bring your item to our store with its original product packaging and tags, as well as proof of purchase, for a free and easy return or exchange. We're conveniently open 7 days a week, so popping in with your return is super easy. Take note of our store hours to avoid missing us!
Return by mail
We'll supply you with one free return label via email. Please print it out and affix it securely to the outside of the return package, and drop the package off at any Australia Post store. Remember to pop a small note in with the package giving us your order number and return/exchange request, otherwise we won't be able to process the return for you.
Once the item has arrived in the store, please allow up to 3 business days for our staff to assess the item you've sent back and process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
