Arc'teryx Purchase Policy
To help ensure our products are available to the people who actually use them, we actively limit purchases that appear intended for resale, in line with the official Arc'teryx on-selling policy.
Our goal is to prevent the bulk buying of key items, which can impact availability and the in-store experience for genuine customers. This policy applies across all current and future Arc’teryx stores owned by Amer, both in-store and online.
These limits are only enforced when we suspect purchases are being made for resale. If it's clear that you're buying for personal use, we're happy to use discretion and may allow larger quantities when appropriate.
Purchase restrictions apply per person, household, group, credit card, or other payment method, and are set per calendar month:

Maximum of five items total

Limit of two of any one model — "Model" refers to the specific style and includes all colours and genders. For example, you may purchase two women’s Atom Hoodys and two men’s Atom Hoodys, but not four men’s Atom Hoodys in different colours.

Other repeat purchase patterns that suggest use beyond normal personal needs may also be restricted.
