Outdoor Reserach's Astroman Sun Hoodie is the best-selling lightweight, stretchy, and durable fabric packed with UPF sun protection. Named after the legendary route in Yosemite Valley, the Astroman was built for exposed and rugged climbs, but works equally as well for hiking, paddling, backpacking, or any other activity when you're headed out in the blazing sun. The hoodie version might be our favorite for protecting ears and back of neck, while controlling windblown hair and of course - fitting easily underneath a helmet.

Our on-line store is open 24/7 and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same business day when received before 12:00 p.m. PST. Orders in high demand will have an estimated production time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.
