Soto
As stoves get ever lighter and more efficient, it takes a special company to come up with an innovative design, and that company is Japan's Soto. The Windmaster is designed to seat the cooking pot so close to the flame that, besides being more efficient, there is hardly any room for wind to interrupt the flame. Another plus is the piezo ignitor which is located right in the centre of the burner head for protection and reliability - this one is not going to break on your second trip. Also, the three-pronged pot support can be exchanged for a wider, four-pronged version (sold separately) for larger pots. Finally, at only 67 grams, it's one of the lightest on the market!
