OUTDOOR GOURMET
Lamb, onion & red pepper baked in a mushroom sauce with Italian rice - it can only be the Outdoor Gourmet Company Wild Mushroom & Lamb Risotto! You'll thank your lucky starts you brought one of these after a hard day's hike. Easy to prepare and even easier to eat, you'll be transported straight to the Piazza San Marco in Venice. Watch out for those pigeons!
Outdoor Gourmet is freeze-dried in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack, (preferably with a Long Spoon). No washing up!
One pack is enough for two light meals, or one really hungry person.
