Outdoor Research
The Outdoor Research Versaliner could be the answer to all your lightweight glove needs. An Outdoor Research Radient Fleece liner glove with a fold-away Pertex shell.
If you're going anywhere and thinking about only taking shell gloves than seriously consider the Outdoor Research Versaliners. Also for those that know that they have to carry water resistant gloves for a particular trek but are trying to save weight and bulk. They'd also be great for trail runners that are running through the winter or in adverse conditions.
Use the Outdoor Research Versaliners as a standard 100 weight fleece liner glove with silicone grip palm and fingers. When the weather decides not to play nice, pull out the water/wind resistant Pertex shell from the back of the hand and you're all set to go. The Shell is completely removable for drying or when you want to use the gloves as liners in warmer gloves. The zipper pocket also doubles as a pocket for hand warmer sachets.
