Back Country Roast Lamb and Vegetables is a delicious combination of oven baked lamb and mint gravy with vegetables and creamy mashed potato. Juicy slices of spring lamb, peas, pumpkin and corn are covered with mint gravy. A separate pack contains instant potato mix, complete with milk powder, salt and a sprinkling of chives. Made from natural ingredients and free from MSG and artificial preservatives.
