These (two) gel pouches will heat up at the click of the internal metal disc, then stay hot (max. temp 54C) for around 90 minutes while you massage some life back into your digits. For re-use, simply boil briefly in water and allow to cool - you can do it with your gas stove over breakfast! Stuff 'em in your glove system when the going gets chilly.
