These (two) gel pouches will heat up at the click of the internal metal disc, then stay hot (max. temp 54C) for around 90 minutes while you massage some life back into your digits. We try to dispatch orders on the day we receive them, but allow for 1-2 business days just in case.
For Christmas deliveries to metro areas, the recommended shipping cut-off is 19 December, with earlier dates for WA (18 December) and NT (16 December). If you're sending to a non-metro or remote area, we recommend allowing a little extra time.
