The proprietary Hydronaute XT outer fabric is water repellent and far more abrasion-resistant than some, but the 30D lining is soft on the skin. Two internal and two external pockets leave plenty of room for your beanie, goggles and, erm, hands. The 750+ down fill also has a DWR treatment and you can rest assured that the down has been ethically sourced as a by-product of the meat industry. No foie gras or live plucking here. The whole thing fits comfortably inside its included stuff sack.
