This magical mushroom bolognaise is backcountries latest vegan offering! If you like pasta, mushrooms and a good old fashioned bolongaise this dish is for you!
Back Country Cuisine is made in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack. No washing up!
