If your feet are prone to blisters while hiking you should probably be carrying a packet of Moleskin Dressings from Adventure Medical Kits. The patches eliminate friction from hot spots and the pre-cut holes in the oval patches mean they are also useful after the fact to prevent painful rubbing. Remember - as soon as you feel the hot spot, stop and apply the patches! Don't wait until the next scheduled break.

If it's too late and you already have blisters, reach for the Glacier Gel instead.

Free Australia-wide standard shipping with Australia Post on orders over $99! A $15 flat rate applies for orders under $99. If you're in a hurry, pop into our store for our free Click & Collect option, or choose Express Post for an additional $10.

For Christmas deliveries to metro areas, the recommended shipping cut-off is 19 December, with earlier dates for WA (18 December) and NT (16 December). If you're sending to a non-metro or remote area, we recommend allowing a little extra time.
