How to renew your membership - 

  1. Make sure you are logged into your T&T account. If you bought your original membership in store, you will need to create an account in order to renew it online.
  2. Purchase this Membership Renewal on its own.
  3. Your email address will automatically be added back onto the membership list and once you refresh the page all the prices will show as membership prices once again.
Shipping Info

Free Australia-wide standard shipping with Australia Post on orders over $99! A $15 flat rate applies for orders under $99. If you're in a hurry, pop into our store for our free Click & Collect option, or choose Express Post for an additional $10.

We try to dispatch orders on the day we receive them, but allow for 1-2 business days just in case.

For Christmas deliveries to metro areas, the recommended shipping cut-off is 19 December, with earlier dates for WA (18 December) and NT (16 December). If you're sending to a non-metro or remote area, we recommend allowing a little extra time.

Returns/Exchanges

Did the item not quite fit? No worries! You've got 14 days to return the item to us for a refund or an exchange. Make sure you check out our Refund/Exchange Policy for specifics.
