How to Renew Your Membership
1. Log in to your Trek & Travel account – If you purchased your original membership in-store, you’ll need to create an account before renewing online.
2. Purchase the Membership Renewal – Be sure to buy the renewal on its own.
3. Enjoy your savings – Your email will automatically be added back to the member list. Refresh the page to see member pricing again.
Free Australia-wide standard shipping with Australia Post on orders over $99! A $15 flat rate applies for orders under $99. If you're in a hurry, pop into our store for our free Click & Collect option, or choose Express Post for an additional $10.
We try to dispatch orders on the day we receive them, but allow for 1-2 business days just in case.
Did the item not quite fit? No worries! You've got 14 days to return the item to us for a refund or an exchange. Make sure you check out our Refund/Exchange Policy for specifics.
