Outdoor Gourmet
Couscous - one of the stars of the camp meal universe. In this delicious freeze dried meal from the Outdoor Gourmet Company, couscous stars alongside Mediterranean spices, roasted vegetables and cubes of seasoned lamb to create a mouth-watering banquet of south European sumptuousness.
Outdoor Gourmet is freeze-dried in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack, (preferably with a Long Spoon). No washing up!
One pack is enough for two light meals, or one really hungry person.
