Fettuccine is a type of pasta popular in Roman and Tuscan cuisine. Flat and wider than, but similar to, the tagliatelle typical of Bologna, fettuccine is complemented perfectly by a lamb and vegetable ragu, smothered with delicate sour cream. Back Country Cuisine is Freeze-Dried in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack. No washing up!
