Meal complements from Back Country Cuisine are designed to enhance either their range of freeze-dried meals or your own cooking in the outdoors. This healthy mix of peas, corn and carrot can be prepared in the packet with just boiling water and then added to, for instance, the Beef Teriyaki to give it some extra body. Or it could equally be thrown into the camper's favourite recipe of pasta and sauce for a better balanced meal. Either way, some extra vegetables in your pack can never be a bad thing.
