Shipping Info

Free Australia-wide standard shipping with Australia Post on orders over $99! A $15 flat rate applies for orders under $99. If you're in a hurry, pop into our store for our free Click & Collect option, or choose Express Post for an additional $10.

We try to dispatch orders on the day we receive them, but allow for 1-2 business days just in case.

For Christmas deliveries to metro areas, the recommended shipping cut-off is 19 December, with earlier dates for WA (18 December) and NT (16 December). If you're sending to a non-metro or remote area, we recommend allowing a little extra time.

  • The One Planet Hitchhiker 25L DayPack is advertised as being designed for taller people. I am interested in this Pack but not certain if it will suit my non-taller frame! Could I please get the H x W x L of this Pack to see if it will suit me? Thank you for any information that you can provide. Kind regards, Larry.

    We have measured the pack in the shop and find that the 25L is:
    51cm Long x 34cm Wide at the bottom and 27cm Wide at the top and 22 cm deep including the back padding

    The 22L is 46cm long.  The rest of the measurements are the same.
