Nikwax Down Wash Direct is a safe, easy-to-use, and high-performance cleaner specially formulated for both hydrophobic and regular down-filled clothing and gear. It thoroughly removes dirt, sweat and body oils from the fabric and down insulation, helping restore the Durable Water Repellency (DWR) on both the outer material and the down itself. By restoring water repellency, it protects gear from rain and condensation, preventing it from becoming saturated and preserving the insulating power of the down. The cleaner also enhances breathability, allowing moisture vapor to escape and maintaining comfort and performance in cold, damp environments.

We try to dispatch orders on the day we receive them, but allow for 1-2 business days just in case.
For Christmas deliveries to metro areas, the recommended shipping cut-off is 19 December, with earlier dates for WA (18 December) and NT (16 December). If you're sending to a non-metro or remote area, we recommend allowing a little extra time.
