Can there be a meal more perfectly-designed to look forward to in the wilderness than a classic beef curry? Back Country Cuisine is Freeze-Dried in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack. No washing up!
