Camp Slippers

Exped Camp Slippers are that reward you dream about when slogging out a 30km hiking day or when climbing up that mountain to a higher camp, or just for that weekend away up at the Blue Mountains.

These Exped Insulated Camp Slippers are lightweight, compressible and have a light tread on the bottom so once you get into camp you can send your feet to heaven by swapping out those walking boots for warm clouds. They are filled with hollow fibre synthetic insulation that stays warm when it's wet and they compress nearly completely flat so you won't notice them in the bottom of your pack.

"I spent close to 3 hours in this store today, being fitted for and choosing a pack, and the staff are fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly - and I think I'm probably a fussy customer and I have difficulty finding packs that fit comfortably. Has to be my best experience in this kind of store to date."

"My favourite outdoor shop in Sydney. This is where you go if you want to see gear stocked because of it's quality, not just because it's corporate overload has pumped out another 10,000 puffer jackets that need to be moved before next season. Knowledgeable staff that actually partake in trekking and travelling themselves. Definitely worth dropping in!"

"Always friendly, helpful staff with great knowledge. Great range of good quality products (nothing really low end) including Australian/NZ brands e.g. Wilderness Equipment, One Planet and Aarn. Never had a fuss with exchanging unused gear within the 2 week period."

  • Hi, want to find out if this is waterproof and is it very thin on the bottom? Thinking to wear it indoor rather than outdoor. Is it really warm? Should I go L or XL if I wear US size 10? Thanks

These booties are fantastic for indoor use.

While they are water resistant if you happen to walk on damp ground they are not consister completely 'waterproof' - I wouldn't recommend jumping in puddles.

They provide excellent insulation over the top of the foot, some insulation at the bottom and a fantastic non-slip sole.

Our assistant manager here is a US 10.5 and he wears the Large size very comfortably.
