Aarn Sport Balance Pockets are designed to be used with their Flowmo Body Packs - a revelation to hikers young and old for their numerous innovations, first and foremost being the world's first body-centered load carrying system. Regular backpacks force you to lean forward and create a rearward pull on your shoulders, increasing relative loads and making body movements unwieldy. When used with Aarn packs (and indeed most modern packs are retro-compatible) these Balance Pockets evenly distribute weight on the hips and shoulders, eliminating rearward pull to maintain your upright posture. This revolutionary system is biomechanically the most practical and healthy way to carry weight.
The Sport Balance pockets are the most popular size at 14 Litres per pair, and have their own dri-liners and many external pockets to compartmentalise your goodies. Also includes straps to convert the pockets into a small summit pack for side trips.

We try to dispatch orders on the day we receive them, but allow for 1-2 business days just in case.
For Christmas deliveries to metro areas, the recommended shipping cut-off is 19 December, with earlier dates for WA (18 December) and NT (16 December). If you're sending to a non-metro or remote area, we recommend allowing a little extra time.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase to request an exchange or refund. Items should be in their original, resellable condition, with tags, boxes, and packaging included. For footwear, please keep the shoe box undamaged and avoid taping or marking it when returning.
Change-of-mind returns aren’t available for clearance items, underwear, personal hygiene products, or consumables.
