Meal complements from Back Country Cuisine are designed to enhance either their range of freeze-dried meals or your own cooking in the outdoors. This tasty scrambled egg can be prepared in the packet with just boiling water and then added to, for instance, the Cooked Breakfast to give it some extra body. Or it could equally be used as a standalone breakfast, or maybe with some crackers. This 160g pack translates to 500g of egg.

We try to dispatch orders on the day we receive them, but allow for 1-2 business days just in case.
For Christmas deliveries to metro areas, the recommended shipping cut-off is 19 December, with earlier dates for WA (18 December) and NT (16 December). If you're sending to a non-metro or remote area, we recommend allowing a little extra time.
