How often are we told the importance of a hearty breakfast in raising our blood sugar levels before exercise? Imagine yourself in a greasy spoon cafe in South London as you enjoy beef bacon, scrambled egg, hash browns and beans, and have a nice cup of tea while you're at it. Now that's what I call a breakfast. Back Country Cuisine is made in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack. No washing up!
