Back Country
This stroganoff is based on the traditional Russian recipe, beef and mushroom in a sour cream sauce served with rice - perfect for keeping your babushka warm on a windblown evening out on the steppe. Back Country Cuisine is made in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack. No washing up!
