Meal complements from Back Country Cuisine are designed to enhance either their range of freeze-dried meals or your own cooking in the outdoors. This creamy mashed potato can be prepared in the packet with just boiling water and then added to, for instance, the Beef Stroganoff to give it some extra carbs. Or it could equally be thrown together with mixed vegetables, salami and packet soup for a camper's favourite mash-up. Either way, some extra carbs in your pack can never be a bad thing. This 160g pack translates to 500g of mashed potato.
