Can there be a meal more perfectly-designed to look forward to in the wilderness than a classic beef curry? Spicy and warming curry sauce filled with beef pieces and vegetables (peas, onion, red pepper) mixed with filling rice. Back Country Cuisine is Freeze-Dried in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack. No washing up!
