Outdoor Gourmet
There aren't many more warming meals than a hearty Beef Bourguingnon, and this spicy example from the Outdoor Gourmet Company, cubes of luscious beef in a dark vegetable sauce over herb mashed potato, really hits the spot.
Outdoor Gourmet is freeze dried in New Zealand from natural ingredients free from preservatives, and is so easy to prepare: just pour boiling water into the packet, fold it over for ten minutes then eat straight from the pack, (preferably with a Long Spoon). No washing up!
One pack is enough for two light meals, or one really hungry person.
