During activities such as cycling, paddling or hiking with trekking poles, the UPF50+ polyester, with spandex for stretch and a synthetic leather palm, is perfect for full hand protection, and the ActiveIce fabric actively lowers the skin temperature as it wicks away perspiration. The thumb webbing is reinforced and the palm provides a solid grip, while the whole remains breathable on scorching days. Essential.

  • Had anyone had any experience using these in the snow? I.e. mountaineering? Dry conditions, mostly on crampons not front pointing, glacier travel etc.

    Thanks for the question. These are sun gloves and offer protection against sun exposure. They do not offer any insulation.
