Something a little bit different from pack maestros Osprey - the Arcane Day Pack. It's tough and simple urbane exterior betrays the thought that has gone into its design. The waxed cotton fabric will last for years, and you'll want it to with this feature set: the 10 litre volume is divided into 13" laptop and document sleeves, the main compartment with valuables pocket, and a zippered front pocket for easy access. The shoulder straps feature low profile sleeves, of a different fabric on each side, in which to stash cards or a phone, and one strap has a quick release hook which can be easily secured around table legs to foil bag snatchers. This bird may look Archaic, but inside it's thoroughly modern.
