With the 2018 'Original' Buff incarnation offering a higher UPF than the 'High-UV' Buff, will this product be phased out/discontinued?
Thanks for your question. Well spotted! Yes, the specs on our High UV model had not been updated. I have now changed them to match the official packaging which states that this model blocks 95% of UV. Now, technically this is still not as high as UPF 50 (by 3%) but while the Original Buff is intended for use in warm weather, the High UV is for hot weather by virtue of its looser knit and the inclusion of Coolmax fabric which helps wick moisture and cool the skin of the wearer. We offer free shipping within Australia for purchases totalling over $100. For orders under $100 shipping & handling incurs a flat rate fee of $15. Express postage, offered at checkout, is $10 extra. Your purchases will be sent via Australia Post using eParcel. Please allow a maximum of 7-10 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. (Subject to availability). We do not currently ship internationally.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Trek & Travel we sell the very best brands and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your new purchase does not fit, you don't like the colour, or your partner has put their foot down, you are welcome to send it back for an exchange or refund as long as the item complies with our policy: Refunds and Exchanges are permitted within 14 days only with presentation of a valid receipt. Returned goods must be in an 'as new' condition including any original packaging. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items so please choose carefully.
For peace of mind we offer free, once-only, return postage on online sales via eParcel. You need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and if the problem cannot be fixed over the phone we will email you a pre-paid post label or for subsequent returns suggest the safest and cheapest way to send items back. Please package the item in a similar manner to how you received it, and include a copy of the receipt. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs due to poor packaging. Upon receiving the returned goods in an 'as new' condition, including any original packaging, Trek & Travel will issue the Exchange or Refund. For subsequent returns send the package via courier or registered post. Also, we do not offer free return postage on sale items. We also recommend taking out insurance as the customer assumes all risk of returning the goods to Trek & Travel.
