Buyer's Guides & Tips
Trek & Travel has created a range of Buyer's Guides that are designed to explain how we think about products. Over many years of reviewing and using gear we have found ourselves thinking about products in terms of field use, rather than solely relying on the technical detail that manufacturers prefer to talk about.

Each Buyer's Guide discusses the relevant characteristics that a product needs to have to work in particular climates and for certain activities. Where products are similar or the range of features can be confusing we have endeavoured to provide comparison tables and charts that summarise comparable products.

We recommend that you read each Buyer's Guide in conjunction with the individual product descriptions, and then consider testimonials or reviews. If you still have questions then please do not hesitate to contact us.
